Summary of the Invention

The Perpetual Motion Seesaw is kept in a state of constant imbalance by shifting weights close to and then far away from the fulcrum. This imbalance then causes the up and down motion of the seesaw, and this motion is then converted to circular motion for the purpose of generating electricity.
